How it works
Share anonymously
Write what's on your mind below. Nothing identifies you.
A counsellor reads it
Your words go privately to trained, caring counsellors.
Talk when you're ready
You choose if — and when — to speak with someone. Never before.
Share what's on your mind
Please call the national emergency line 112 now, or go to the nearest hospital. You are worth saving — today and every day.
Questions you might have
Will anyone know it was me?
No. We don't ask your name, don't require an account, and don't store your IP address or any identity with your message. It is anonymous by design.
Who reads what I write?
Only the counselling team behind this initiative — trained people who read every message with care and confidentiality.
Do I have to talk to a counsellor afterwards?
Never. Sharing alone is enough. If you ever want to talk, you'll have a private reference code that lets a counsellor connect your conversation to what you shared — the choice stays yours, always.
Is this only for students?
No — this space is open to anyone who needs it. No student number, no registration, no conditions.
